This is easily one of my favorite high-rise properties in all of San Antonio. The architecture, LED kitchen lighting, modern finishes, and wall-to-wall windows give it a true luxury feel. The automated parking garage is a standout feature that feels futuristic and convenient. If you want a sleek, boutique high-rise with incredible river views, The Floodgate is absolutely worth touring.
